If toggled on, the Self-Rescheduling feature will enable the ability for the patient to reschedule the appointment on their own. This section will only apply if the patient notification email includes the link to view the appointment online. This feature is also retroactive and will apply to appointments that have been made prior to toggling the feature setting and if the patient notification email includes the appointment URL.
Email Notifications:
The Email Notifications section will allow the user to select for patient notification emails to be sent. Likewise, the email notification can be customized with a "Mail From" email address sent by Blockit. Please note that a DKIM key by Blockit is needed prior to making this change. Please contact support@blockitnow.com for more information. Failure to receive a DKIM key will result in bounced patient emails. This section also allows for the subject line in the email as well as the patient email footer to be customized. *The email notification is standardized across all appointments generated by the system. To input profile/provider-specific instructions can be appended to the end of the patient email notification in the general patient instructions in the individual profile. To modify profiles, please see our Modifying Profile Features article. This section supports liquid text.
