Improvements

blockit has enhanced the analytics within the platform to give our customers better insight into their data which will allow optimization of their business operations. Previously, options for reporting were limited to either exporting data via .csv and manually creating reports, or using our previously leveraged dashboard which did not have certain key metrics. Additionally, accessibility of the dashboard has been improved, including the organization and readability for a better user experience.

Comprehensive Metrics: Customers can now access a wider range of metrics, including Referral and Consumer data, at various levels—Organization, Location, Provider, and Profile.

Permissions: Ensuring data privacy, permissions are set by the user’s organization, preventing unauthorized access to sensitive metrics.

Data Visualization: Our data visualization options, including trend lines and part-to-whole breakdowns, ensure that you can understand and communicate your data effectively.

Reusable Filters: Users have the ability to save or share the URL after applying specific filters, enabling them to reuse their filter settings.

Flexible Filtering: Our advanced filtering system lets users drill down into specific areas of interest.
