Workflow Queues can now be filtered based on location!
Overview:
Workflow queues (workQ) have traditionally encompassed visibility to all workflow queue referral tasks. This feature allows for filtering task visibility depending on location. The benefit of this feature is that users can only see the locations they are assigned, which is configured in the Users tab, shown below. Users will not inadvertently work referrals that are not from their location or spend additional time viewing a list of referrals they do not need to work.

In the Users tab, Admin level users can modify the location in which the user is assigned.

In this image, only Location A is viewable because the logged in User is assigned to Location A.

In this image, Location B is visible only to the users assigned to Location B. The user assigned to Location A cannot view or work referrals for Location B.
Things to Note:
- workQs can be configured based on location, meaning referral tasks are location-based on display, rather than a holistic listing.
- This feature can only be activated/modified by sending a request to our support team.
- Scheduling level users can only view workQ tasks in the location(s) they are assigned.
- Admin level users can control user visibility by adjusting the user's location access.
- Admin level users can view all locations.
