We now have the ability to configure and capture reasons that patients cancel appointments.
This is similar to the ability to capture reasons for rescheduling appointments.
By submitting a request to support, these options are configurable to meet client needs.
This is available for the consumer portion of blockit scheduling.
The answer is saved in the appointment tags in the .CSV export.
Additionally, there is now the ability to cancel an appointment with an existing provider and reschedule with an alternate provider. Pressing this button will cancel the existing appointment and open a new tab to schedule an appointment with another provider.
