Once you’ve logged into Blockit, you’ll click on the “Admin Portal” button near the top right corner of the screen. After the screen changes, you will click the “Profiles” tab on the blue toolbar.
This page will have a list of all your existing profiles, and above that list on the right hand side will be a blue box with the words “New Profile” on it. Click that button, populate the fields with the necessary information, and click add user.
You will need the following information to add the profile: Name, profile type and location. The location will need to be added prior to adding the provider. For a refresher on adding locations, visit the Help Center article, Adding a Location. Once you’ve finished, click “Save Profile & Continue.”
You can then continue on with creating the profile following the instructions located in the next section, Modifying Profiles.
