Our "Filter Search Results" features make it even easier to map your patients’ entire care journey. Each feature helps providers quickly get patients to the right appointment at a time that works for everyone.
1. Search for Profile or Organization
We know it can be tough to toggle through a long list of names when looking for a specific provider. That’s why we are excited to announce the release of our “Quick Search” feature in Blockit!
With Quick Search, you simply type in the name of the desired provider or organization, and Blockit will display their profile. See how it works in the short clip below!
2. Sort by Next Available or Most Available
We’ve also added additional ways users can sort their results by including “Sort by Next Available” and a “Sort by Most Available” options.
These options can help sending providers make selections that meet different patient needs. Some patients will simply want to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Others may require flexibility. With these additional “Sort By” options, you can be more prepared to deliver an excellent experience no matter what your patient needs.
Here’s a snapshot of this feature:
3. Filter by Insurance
The last of these new features helps sending providers more easily locate receiving providers who accept the patient’s insurance.
Users can select the patient’s insurance carrier and their insurance plan from the dropdown menu. Once these have been selected, the results will only display receiving providers who accept those specific carriers or plans.
See the photo below to locate where the insurance dropdown menus will display on the referral information screen.
By clicking the "Show More" Tab, as shown in the photos below, the patient indicator will populate the patient's insurance data.
When using the insurance filters in referral search as the photo indicates above, when a filter is selected, the insurance filter will populate the providers that accept the filtered insurance. See the gif below to see insurance filter navigation. This feature helps providers quickly get patients to a provider that accepts their insurance.
