Once you’ve sent or accepted a referral appointment request, you will see it listed under the “Referrals” tab in the referral portal. Find the referral appointment you’d like to access and click on it.
A new page will load full of details about the appointment. Near the middle of the screen, you should see three small tab options including “Referral”, “Appointment”, and “Chat.” Click on the chat option then begin typing your message in the toolbar that says “Type your message here…” Click send and wait for the other provider's response.
