Referral and appointment statuses can be viewed in the Referrals tab and updated by the receiving organization.
From the Blockit homepage, click on the “Referrals” tab in the blue toolbar. A list of referrals will pop up starting with the most recently created appointment. This view can be filtered in different ways, including referral and appointment status, referral type, sender, and receiver information. The Referral status can be updated by the receiving organization, as shown below.
The user can scan and select a desired referral.
Once clicked, the user will be redirected to a new screen with details about that specific referral. Near the middle of your screen, the user will see three tabs: Referral, Appointments, and Chat. In the Referrals section, the receiving organization can update the referral status, while in the Appointments section, the receiving organization can update the appointment status, as shown in the images below.
