*Updating referral status can only be completed by the receiving organization. Statuses automatically update to "fulfilled" 24 hours after an appointment is scheduled. Updating is only necessary for canceled or no-show appointments.
From the Blockit homepage, click on the “Referrals” tab in the blue toolbar. A list of referrals will pop up starting with the most recently created appointment. Scan the list and select the desired referral.
You will be redirected to a new screen with details about that specific referral. Near the middle of your screen, you will see three tabs: Referral, Appointments, and Chat. Click on “Appointments,” find the dropdown menu and make the appropriate update to the referral status.
