When you arrive at the Blockit homepage, you will notice two different toolbars. The navy bar on the top allows you to adjust your settings, sign out, and switch between the referral and admin portals. The blue bar allows you to access specific features for either portal.
The referral portal is the default selection, and providers can use this portal to schedule patients, access referrals, view the provider directory, and monitor their analytics in the "dashboard."
Administrative users will also want to become familiar with the “admin portal,” where they can add and modify all the necessary information for their practice.
Here, users can create a list of providers and set the provider's availability, location, and profile information. In addition, administrators can add and modify their accepted insurances, network groups, and users.
If you have any questions while using the Blockit application, you can always utilize our in-app support feature called “Blockit On-Call.” All you have to do is click on the "Support" icon in the bottom right corner and you can reference various job aides for view frequently asked questions.
