In this article, we will look at how to login to the Blockit platform, provide some simple navigation tips, and guide you on changing your password.

To arrive at the Blockit login page, simply type in the Blockit URL: app.blockitnow.com into the search bar. Once on the login page, input your credentials and click the “login” button or press enter on your keyboard.

In the top right corner, you’ll notice two different toolbars. The navy bar on the top allows you to adjust your settings, sign out, and switch between a referral and admin portal. The blue bar allows you to access specific features for each version of the portal.

To change your password, click on the “settings” tab on the navy toolbar.

We’ve kept this page very simple so that all you have to do is input the necessary information in the three required fields and click submit. If, later on, you forget your password, you can contact support via Blockit On-Call in the bottom right portion of the screen, and we can send you a password reset email.

The referral portal is the default selection. In addition to scheduling patients, you can access your referrals, view the provider directory, and monitor your analytics in this portal.

In the admin portal, you can add and modify all the necessary information for your practice. You can set your availability, location, and profile information; add and modify accepted insurances, network groups, and users, and create a list of your providers.
