This brief overview will help you get acquainted with Blockit MP and prepare you for the training documents that follow.




Blockit Basic allows users to receive referrals and communicate with other providers in one dedicated location. As the free version of Blockit, Basic does have some limitations compared to other tiers, but it’s still a great way to get started with digital care coordination! Users can easily upgrade at any time if they find that their needs are not being met.




Basic Navigation Tips

Once you’ve received your Blockit credentials, go to app.blockitnow.com. Type in your email address and password and then click “login.”




You will want to become familiar with a few features within the app. The small speech bubble icon in the lower right hand corner is our in-app support feature that we call “Blockit On-Call.” By clicking the icon, you can chat with a Blockit representative (during office hours, 8-5 Monday through Friday) or send an email to our support team. We promise we will get back to you as soon as possible!
